The Irrigatia SOL-C12 Solar Automatic Watering System is a unique, simple to use system that is powered by the sun. Easy to setup, the Irrigatia system intelligently regulates water flow to ensure your plants ideal moisture levels are maintained. Capabilities:

Maximum Lift::
Drippers can be placed up to 5m above the bottom of your water source.

Maximum Priming Height:
The Irrigatia pump unit can be up to 2m above the bottom of your water source.rrigatia pump can be up to 2m above the bottom of your water source.

Maximum Irrigation Parts::
The SOL-C12 can service up to 24 dripper (24 x 10 l pots) or 12 m seephose (enough for 4 sqm of garden bed).

 

Maximum Pump Distance:
Irrigatia pump can be up to 20m from your water source.

Maximum Tube Run:
60m from water source to furthest dripper.
(The pump can be anywhere up to 20m from the water source within that run)

Water dispensed:
7500 ml per hour, which equates to approx 625ml per dripper per hour.

Run time:
Very variable! The pump will run 3 hourly, perhaps for as much as 2 hour in very sunny conditions in the summer or as little as a few seconds in the rain in the winter.
The run-time can also be changed to suit your conditions using the knob on the side of the unit.

The pump will work in a greenhouse, but will pump slightly less water due to there being less light than outside.

The first time you turn it on – the battery may be fully charged or flat. If fully charged, the pump will run for hours – once it has stopped, it will begin to operate normally.
If the battery is flat, place the unit in the sun, turn the knob to 5 and leave it for up to 24 hours. The light on the side should be blinking to indicate that the unit is charging. Thereafter it will operate normally. DO NOT put the batteries in a charger.
